The tIFA Fit Pro program is a our exclusive WHOLEistic fitness & health professional diploma with a large and dynamic range of education, and skill training. This diploma program includes the complete NAFC Personal Training International Certification, as well as all of our functional health courses and foundations of business.

At tIFA we believe that the modern fitness professional has to have focus on exercise, but also on concepts of daily movement, environment, community, nutritional concepts, social attitudes, and stress management skills.

HOW THE DIPLOMA PROGRAM WORKS
The tIFA WholeFit Pro program is comprised of a total of 95 hours of in-class learning, with an additional 30 - 50 hours of home study to be done by students during the semester.
Classes will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 3pm for roughly 3 months (please see the schedule page for full schedule breakdown including holidays and reading breaks).

Most materials are provided in ThinkGreen PDF’s, but there will be some hardcopy study materials given.
