In this 2 day coaching course we will dive deep into the many aspects of fitness, conditioning, strength, sports psychology/mindset & lifestyle management, mobility, assessments and more. With over 20 years of experience, you will discover how to avoid many of the mistakes many coaches make early in their careers, and how to optimize programs for client results.

PCSS COACHING COURSE

The PCSS Coaching course takes students through nearly all the facets of professional fitness and athletic development and training.

 

Students will learn discover a wide range of useable skills, from developing better warmups, to programming, to power and strength, to better cool downs and recovery. 

Students will:

  • Learn many new methods of training

  • Master the gym floor

  • Learn scaling of the fundamental exercises.

  • Learn higher level coaching fundamentals.

  • Learn how to incorporate new methods in your programming.

HOW DO I GET CERTIFIED?

The PCSS certification course is 2 full days that combines both theory and practical drills. 

 

Your manual will be given as a PDF

Your certificate will be delivered as a hard copy.

To receive your certificate students are expected to:

  • Attend the entire 2 day course.

  • Complete all workouts

  • Complete all coaching drills

  • Complete all small group practical testings.

  • Pass our written theory test (MC and True/False) with at least 80%.
