THAI STRETCH THERAPY (TST)

SPECIALIST CERTIFICATE WORKSHOP

Thai Stretch Therapy, TST, is quickly becoming one of the top styles of body manipulation for improving sports performance, boosting mobility and flexibility, improving athletic recovery and decreasing post workout stiffness and pain.

Thai Stretch Therapy is a modern both table top and floor application of traditional Thai Bodywork which is where Fascial Stretch Therapy gets its origins.

Proaction places the client through a number of passive positions, movements and flows, often only performed in advanced yoga or mobility classes. Now you can learn aspects of Thai Stretch Therapy for your fitness clients, or athletes.

Become a TST specialist of pre and post workout prep and recovery with traditional Thai Bodywork Therapy for Fitness Professionals.
